This part of the site lets you download a variety of forms that allow you to apply for a council service. There are two types of form on our website:

• those that you can fill in online and
• those that have to be printed off, filled in and posted to us.

The Mid Beds e-Trust Charter - what we do with the information you give us....

Any information you provide to us on forms will be held on a computer system and will be used by staff at Mid Beds to enable them to make a correct decision regarding your application. The information will be held on the computer system only for as long as we need to keep it for statutory or financial purposes. You have rights under the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts to see information about you that the Council holds.
