Home Farm Development Brief, Cranfield

Mid Bedfordshire District Council has allocated Home Farm in its Local Plan to be developed as a new residential neighbourhood. In bringing forward people's views on how the development might be shaped a Community Planning Day was held in summer 2004 with a further round of consultation taking place with the publication of a consultation draft document early 2005. Taking account of these views the Council has finalised the Development Brief which was adopted by the Council as technical guidance for development control purposes on 14th September 2005.
